During summer 2017 I taught at a swimming course, organised and run by Penny O’Connor, Alexander technique teacher. This week-long course runs on the beautiful island of Alonissos, Greece in the sparkling waters of the Agean Sea.
We started the day with a walk along the marble mule trek to the stunning beach where we did Tai Chi and I taught swimming in the sea.
The course was open to anyone although many of the participants are our students or teachers of Alexander Technique. Contact us if you are interested in attending one of our course.
